Shayaa Muhammad is founder and head chef at Bird Fig. He has nearly 17 years of culinary experience. Shayaa has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a masters degree in public health. He is also a board certified holistic nutritionist and an active member of the American Public Health Association (APHA).
Cooking since 12 years old and professionally for 3 years. Also, an expert in Caribbean-Asian fusion cuisine, and vegan food.
