Our tamarind sauce starts in the tamarind shell. Every tamarind pod is hand cracked to extract the tamarind fruit. We use ripe SOUR tamarind which are loaded with nutrients and bursting with flavor.

Additionally we use organic maple syrup to balance sourness and also add smoothness to the tamarind sauce. Moreover, we add raw/unpasteurized apple cider vinegar and a pinch of fresh garlic.

This is the perfect condiment to add extra nutrition and flavor to any dish.
